Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bid Manager to join our team. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, from identifying opportunities to submitting winning proposals. Your role will involve strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful bids. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record in business development.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential bid opportunities in the market

- Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation

- Lead the bid process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities

- Analyze bid requirements and develop strategies to maximize success rates

- Prepare high-quality proposals that meet client needs and requirements

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary resources for bid submissions

- Review and edit proposal content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines

- Present proposals to clients and participate in negotiations

Skills:

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and contracts

- Proficiency in bid management software and tools

- In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry best practices

- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple bids simultaneously

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Strategic planning skills to develop winning bid strategies

- Strong sales acumen to understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective proposal development and client presentations

Pay: $54,411.00 - $85,000.00 per year
